Ainash Magzhanovna, like the other 14 instructors, was trained by @ESD Global_ Europe trainers last year. The project was supported by the US Diplomatic Mission, Nazarbayev University and the Women’s Forces Alliance
About violation of personal boundaries, about safety on the streets, in society, at work, about harassment, can we fight back about this and much more was said at a training dedicated to empowering women through self-defense.
Development day was informative and interesting, the audience received a lot of useful and necessary information.
