During the course, students learned practical project management tools that are important in the implementation of national projects, the importance of the emotional component in relationships, managing emotions, practical tools for effective work within digital transformation and digitalization projects, team building skills, an algorithm for creating text in an official style, basic coaching models improved their knowledge on important topics such as anti-corruption culture and building common sense.Young workers presented their projects on issues that are important for the inhabitants of the region and relevant to the well-being of society.As a result of the course, 4 (four) projects were defended:1. “Opening of a hydroponic greenhouse complex in the village of Barbastau”2. “Construction of a recreation center near Lake Shalkar”3. “Organization of the recreation center “Stone PLAZA” in the Taskalinsky district”4. “Replacement of intra-village technical water supply in the village of Zhalpaktal with a polyethylene pipe”Members of the commission noted that the topics of all projects are very relevant and wished success to the course participants.
