On April 3, 2023, in the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, retraining courses for civil servants who first entered the state administrative service of corps “B” began.
The aim of the course is to develop competencies to improve the performance of a civil servant.
Ashik Abat Sakenuly, Chief Specialist of the Department of Digital Technologies of the West Kazakhstan Region and Senior Lecturer of the branch of the Academy Bakhtiyarova Ryskanym Zholbolsynovna, began the first lecture with the topic “Digital Technologies in Public Administration” with the topic “Emotional Intelligence”.
