Today in the West Kazakhstan region branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan started a training seminar on the topic “personal and team effectiveness” for the heads of the regional Akim’s office.
The participants of the seminar are akim of Uralsk, akims of districts and heads of regional departments of West Kazakhstan region.
The main purpose of the seminar is to improve the professional competencies and practical skills of civil servants in senior positions, mastering methods based on human values, the ability to establish effective feedback with the population, and the formation of a stream of modern professional leaders.
At the opening of the training seminar, the head of the regional Akim’s office Shynybekov A. A. spoke about the current trends in the personnel policy carried out in the region.

The seminar was conducted by the expert trainer of the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candidate of philological Sciences, HR-expert Bakytzhanova Altyn Kuanyshbekovna. During the seminar, the students discussed topical issues on the following topics:
Public administration in the context of the current transformation of society;
Service and human orientation Strategies: a reflection of the new public administration model;
Leadership and effectiveness of the manager. Management styles and communication: the diagonal experience;
Individual and team effectiveness. Pro-active manager;
Modern HR management. Opportunities for the formation of corporate culture;
-Effective interaction with the media. PR and the formation of a personal brand of the head.
