Today, the first meeting dedicated to the opening of the strategic HR center of the Civil Service was held at the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the personnel management service of the regional akim’s office, responsible for personnel issues of territorial divisions of regional administrations and central state bodies and employees of the branch. The first speech was made by the director of the branch A. T. Abzhakov, who spoke about the importance of professional development and improving the competencies of civil servants, the role of the state body in planning the professional development program and the activities of the branch in the development of the personnel potential of the region.
The head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the West Kazakhstan Region, M. S. Baysalov, recalled that this meeting is a meeting in the format of an open dialogue, at which the issue of professional development of civil servants based on personal experience and legislation is discussed. Deputy Head of the Department for WKO Akerke Ardakkyzy shared information about changes in the civil service and requirements for employees, new aspects of evaluation. The dialogue platform of the strategic HR school will be organized according to the plan. At the end of the meeting, the participants exchanged views on the issues raised, expressed their suggestions.
