?A seminar on the topic of “Getting Rid of Bureaucracy and Improving the Quality of Public Services” was held at the West Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the Academy.

?During the seminar, the participants raised issues of eliminating bureaucracy in the state apparatus and improving the quality of public services.

?They also gained experience and acquired the necessary information in the areas of digitalization of public services, combating corruption and increasing transparency.
