A seminar was held on the topic of “Getting rid of bureaucracy and improving the quality of public services.”

🔹A seminar on the topic of “Getting Rid of Bureaucracy and Improving the Quality of Public Services” was held at the West Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the Academy.

🔸During the seminar, the participants raised issues of eliminating bureaucracy in the state apparatus and improving the quality of public services.

🔺They also gained experience and acquired the necessary information in the areas of digitalization of public services, combating corruption and increasing transparency.
