A seminar was held on the topic “Negotiations and Mediation in the Public Sector: The Art of Compromise”
🔹From January 27 to 29, 2025, a seminar on “Negotiations and Mediation in the Public Sector: the Art of Compromise” was held at the West Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
🔹At the seminar, civil servants received valuable information about the mediating role of government agencies in preventing and resolving social conflicts, implementing state ethnic policy, and global and regional experience.
🔹Participants worked on practical cases that developed the competencies of cooperation and interaction, responsibility, prudence, decision-making, and service management.
