?From January 27 to 29, 2025, a seminar on “Negotiations and Mediation in the Public Sector: the Art of Compromise” was held at the West Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
?At the seminar, civil servants received valuable information about the mediating role of government agencies in preventing and resolving social conflicts, implementing state ethnic policy, and global and regional experience.
?Participants worked on practical cases that developed the competencies of cooperation and interaction, responsibility, prudence, decision-making, and service management.
