Today, March 14, a training seminar for civil servants on the topic “Decision Making Based on Data Analysis” began at the branch of the Academy.
The seminar will cover the topics of creating forecasts based on analysis (Data Driven Decision Making), developing management decisions based on data and searching for alternative management decisions, working with information sources based on PEST, SWOT analysis, data visualization (Excel, Power BI) . and practical cases.
As trainers and experts, Ashyk Abat Sakenuly, chief specialist of the digital technology department of the West Kazakhstan region, Rashitov Raimbek Nurlanovich, head of the digitalization department of the digital technology department of the West Kazakhstan region and Nurtazin Mirbolat Suyeuuly, expert were invited as trainers and experts.
The seminar will allow students to develop professional competencies and practical decision-making skills based on data analysis.
