ATTENTION, COMPETITION!
The West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition to invite trainers:
To participate in the competition, candidates must meet the following criteria:
📍Higher education or master’s degree (preferably a PhD or Doctor of Science degree);
📍at least one year of experience in the field of public service or at least three years of experience in conducting training in the public/quasi-public sectors;
📍Knowledge of the program and strategic documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the values, mission and vision of the Academy;
📍Knowledge of the state and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable;
📍mastery of interactive teaching methods;
📍the presence of practice-oriented cases in the field of public administration and civil service, as well as an understanding of the specifics of the work of civil servants, their job responsibilities and responsibilities;
📍Letters of recommendation.
