On March 12-14, our branch hosted the seminar “People first: Practical ways to improve the quality of public services.”
Both civil servants and quasi-sector employees took part in the training. The main purpose of the workshop was to ensure that participants:
Improving the quality of service in public institutions;
🔹Ensuring compliance with legislation in the field of public services;
To teach proactive and compositional ways of providing public services.
At the end of the seminar, the students expressed their gratitude to the staff of the branch for receiving the information they needed.

As part of the strengthening of the “Law and Order” narrative, a training seminar for compliance officers was held.

Today, the Department of the Anti—Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the West Kazakhstan region conducted a training seminar for compliance officers as part of strengthening the “law and order” narrative.
The main purpose of the seminar is to involve employees of the organization in the supervision of compliance with legislation. The seminar was attended by compliance officers from the quasi-public sector.
At the event , Director of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan region, Laula Narusheva , on the topic “Implementation of the ISO 37001 anti-corruption management system standard” talked about the tools for building an anti-corruption subsystem.In addition, such measures help compliance officers to identify and prevent corruption in their organizations in a timely manner.

A motivational meeting was held with students of retraining courses for civil servants

A motivational meeting was held at the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Academy with students of retraining courses for civil servants appointed for the first time to a senior administrative public position in the B corps.

The audience was provided with information about the effectiveness and possibilities of the Auyl Amanaty program, the opening of agricultural production cooperatives in each rural district, and the algorithm. Kobzev Viktor Valentinovich, head of the Zheti Lak peasant farm in the Akshukur rural district of the Tupkaragan district of the Mangystau region, also addressed the audience. “Special retraining courses for rural district akims” have begun

🔹On February 17 of this year, the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the AMANAT party jointly launched “Special retraining courses for akims of rural districts”.
🔹The main goal of this program is to improve the qualifications of akims of rural districts, gain new knowledge and experience, and improve the quality of life in rural districts.
🔹The program consists of 240 hours in offline and online formats.
🔹The course will be held from February 17 to May 13, 2025. After training, akims will defend their projects for the development of the rural district.

Students of the retraining course for civil servants successfully completed their training and defended their projects

🔹Students of the retraining course for civil servants entering the civil service for the first time in Corps B, which took place from January 27 to February 14, 2025, successfully completed the training, defending their projects. The course was aimed at improving the professional skills of civil servants, mastering modern management methods and increasing the effectiveness of serving the state. During the training, participants received the necessary knowledge and information by working with cases. 🔹During the classes, the participants received new knowledge and experience, and also took on greater responsibility in serving the good of the country.

A motivational meeting “Opportunities for Youth” was held

🔹On February 12, 2025, the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the West Kazakhstan regional department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs held a motivational meeting “Opportunities for Youth” with students of the retraining course for civil servants appointed to the civil service of Corps “B” for the first time. 🔹During the meeting, members of the regional personnel reserve shared their experience of working with civil servants entering the civil service for the first time and talked about the capabilities of the regional personnel reserve.
