On September 26, 2024, employees of the quasi-sector took part in the topic “Е-өтініш: азаматтардың өтініштерімен жұмыс істеу” in order to develop professional competencies in considering and processing electronic appeals from citizens.During the event, comprehensive information was given about the features of the “Е-өтініш” information system and issues that arise when working with electronic appeals.
