The History Of Branch

It was created on June 30, 2005 on the basis of the approved Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 11, 2004 No. 1457.

Decree No. 51 dated March 26, 2012 of the State Utility and Public Enterprise Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Civil Servants of the West Kazakhstan Regional Akimat was amended to be transformed into the Center for Retraining, Advanced Training and Teaching the State Language of State Employees in the West Kazakhstan Regional.

The modern and rapidly changing world requires changes, new knowledge and skills in public administration. In this regard, in order to achieve consistency and innovative approaches in organizing retraining and advanced training of state employees, enhancing professional and personal competencies the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 559 dated September 14, 2017 GKKP “Regional Center for Retraining and Further Training of State Employees” was reorganized into Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the West Kazakhstan Region.

Branch Mission: providing high-quality additional educational services that contribute to the professional and personal competence of state employees.

Vision: Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for West Kazakhstan is a center for the training of highly professional state employees with strategic thinking, working for the benefit of the Kazakh people.
